We love our Link Pets! Non-refundable pet fee is $300 for 1 pet and an additional $100 for the 2nd pet. Monthly pet rent is $30 per pet.

No weight limit. Restricted breeds: Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, Chow Chow, Staffordshire Terrier, and Bull Mastiff. Contact office for full pet policy.

Link Brookstown is a great place to live. I like walking to Dash baseball games and walking to Burke street to grab a drink. The amenities are top-notch. I regularly use the gym and the pool. They also plan fun social events for residents. I definitely recommend living here.
